A day of extra training…

Why not? Today is my actual rest day (I muscle train 5 days and have 1 cardio day – totaling 6 days of training) The 7th day I give a rest to my body.
However, I decided to train extra today. Why? Because I want to and I can =D
Preperations begin at home with some ab work! GOOD DAY my GYM FREAKS!
