My NEXT life changing plan!

For those that actually read blogs or enjoy reading fitness news and not just looking at pictures 😀 Have 5 mins to catch up with my life the past 24hrs? Read todays blog! I've learned and now Im inspiring too!
So I looked up to my bikini fitness inspirations, to my coach, to the voice of a world championship, to personal trainers, especially towards my husband 1 yr ago how to guide me in the gym, and looked what has happened! I placed 5th place for the 1st time at a bikini fitness competition! The most 2nd nervous day of my life is finally over. No joke but this posing stuff, I'm proud I conquered it. I know I have much more to learn and I'm totally excited to continue learning from the pros! Anna Virmajoki (OMG I LOVE HER!!!) & now Ms. Olympia 2013 Ashley Kaltwasser are in my fitness heart! In my fitness world! I believe they are on top and the BEST in the Bikini Fitness World
So heres my next life changing plan: KEEPING and MAINTAINING what I like to now call now my "perfectly toned body!"
Yes! I will not throw away my body in eating "skit mat" (lmao!) bad food that is, and hurt my body. I think my body is soooo confused right now with the diet I had. I'm sure my 1hr before carb loading going and going on stage and giving it some Peanut Butter and Chocolated, my body was like "Oh hi candy! Where have you been my whole life!" Yea! Well good it enjoyed it cuz that's all it's getting lol! That little moment I had with my treats back stage made me mentally and physically feel like I've had my "lil treat day." After the competition all I wanted was my green tea, a coke and fruit with my Kesella! Yup! I know right? I really didn't feel the necessity to hurl down food that the mind wants and then later be grabbing my stomach like I'm about to deliver a kid 😛 and be 5 kilos (about 10lbs) in one week! Heck no! I'm keeping and maintaining my body! I worked very hard towards it & looooove the way I'm looking… My next plan is to have a body art fitness photo shoot. It's not for the public, but it is for me and my close ones to have as a memory of my fit body, not that it's going anywhere but I REALLY have always wanted pictures of myself at the best shape of my life how my beautiful mother did when she was my age. I want to see the art my body has created! Can't wait!!!
I will keep and maintain my body by eating as much natural food as I can, cutting out sugar and bad carbs including pasta, bread, sweets, fizzy drinks and alcohol for 6 days and yes, I will still have my treat day. You cannot deprive the body from it too long. I will not look how I did on stage all year round. This look was only a competition look. My body was tight and toned from releasing so much water from it. Now I will drink water how I would so I can fill my little tiny self up 😀
I will also maintain my exercise routine, 6 days and one active day rest…
My motivation? Anna Virmajoki is and has been my lock screen and home screen to my phone for the past 2 months! It's my motivation to keep me going! Now having Ms. Olympia 2013 in my inspiration list too and knowing we can talk and I can most def ask for advice, life cannot get any better!!! The inspiration I will have by 2 amazing pros to inspire me head on now! I will NEVER believe stepping on a scale for answers. They're just numbers. My scales will be my inspirations, my mirror, and my clothes to gauge my shape. Now that my fitness competition is over, I will take no more than 1 week off my muscle training and just 1 day out from my usual daily diet, (time to taste a million protein bats and shakes at today's fitness expo! A couple of weeks out in an healthy way can bring damaging consequences to the body you worked so hard for!
