Workout to live

My workouts are almost a form of meditation. I push myself beyond my comfort zone and gain a sense of accomplishment from each workout. If I can push myself mentally through a hard workout, I know I can take on challenges that life throws my way.

Working out also gives me more power and energy to achieve other important goals throughout my life. So in the end I could say that I don't really live for the workouts, but I workout to live…
