Healthy banana cake!

Only less than a month before we’re going to Thailand for our fitness trip!

One thing that I found in Thailand for many years ago was the banana bread. And I totally loved it!! I couldn’t get it out of my mind so every time I went back to Thailand I brought home this amazing banana bread to Sweden.
It taste like a dessert cake, not like normal bread.:)

But today I tried to make my own banana bread and this time a lot more healthy one:
Per slice (of 20):
81,5 Kcal
5,3 g protein
5 g carbs
4 g fat

I used a receip from my sweet friend @tastyhealth (with some own differences: Nanox vanilla protein instead of hers recommendation, only lactose free vanilla quark instead of natural quark + yoghurt, I also used oatmeal but I missed it in the photo) :
