On Saturday morning from 10:00-12:00, december 6th, together with Doug Miller of Salesmakers International, I will be sharing with all IHRSA members and interested club owners and managers:

• Discussion on the impact of the global Financial Crisis and strategies to survive and grow in the new environment
• New IHRSA Initiatives 2009 in Europe, including the formation of a Regional IHRSA Committee in Scandinavia
• Information about upcoming Meetings (including San Francisco Convention 16-19 March 2009 and, European Congress Dublin, Ireland 22-25 October 2009)
• Research (including the just released European Market Report 2008)
• Doug Miller will provide perspectives on Sales in the new climate
• A Powerpoint Presentation ”Around the IHRSA World” showing leading clubs and ideas in the areas of Marketing, Green Clubs, Group Exercise, Membership Programming, Relationship Building, and Community Outreach, Club Design and Location will also be shown.

And, in the holiday spirit, we will be raffling off valuable IHRSA publications and a DVD among the participants.

There is no charge to attend this session.
