Men ta det för vad det är och bli inte så irriterad. Har du problem med att Zone snackar engelska, viftar med vapen och vill göra en video om byggning skulle jag kanske börja fundera på vad det är för fel på mig själv. Låt andra vara som de vill.

Nah Im not from Compton…
But Ive been into hiphop & gangsta`rap music longer than Ive been into bodybuilding…
I started to listening to it back in 86 when I was in my band (SLAM) touring US.
I really can relate to alot of the gangsta rap lyrics as I wasnt your typical
”Swedish lad” as a kid…I was not born with a silver spoon in my mouth…
I was growing up with an alcoholic & abusive father that used to beat up my mom…
That made me to live a wild life when I was younger.
Nah I never been into drugs & shit but Ive been shoot at & I once had a
gun pointing at my head when I woke up…that kind of shit…
…and not all of my old homiez are around today…I could drop down & get bitter about the past…
…but instead I decided to take the negative & turn it into something positive!
Why not make a show out of it?!
Life is all how you decide to look at it…its all up to you!
I decided early to take control of my life & do EVERYTHING my way!
I started my own shop & decided to make a living by my own hands
& live MY dream no matter what!
Today Ive been living full time within bodybuilding making my own money since 1989!After 20 years in the iron business its easy to get bored when reading
everything over & over again…so I decided to do it with a little twist!
I actually laugh my ass off when posting some off the stuff what I post!
C´mon guys!! Its FUN..read again..F-U-N!!
And I do laugh at myself all the time!!!
Thats the idea with everything I do on this site…to both make people laugh
at what I wright BUT at the same time mix it up with som seriouse stuff…
I want people to both laugh & maybe stop up in the middle of their laughter
& think abit now & then…I guess its that mix that some people just dont get…
BUT..I do got all the hits!!

Jag har föllt det som ZoneCapone skriver under de senaste
åren och hör och häpna så har det alltid funnits en satans
massa haters i alla trådar han skriver i -tragiskt.Ser själv fram emot denna DVD’n som kommer göra sig
fint i samling över BB-filmer
