An apple a day

Now starts the best season for fresh fruits. I eat fruits every day even during a diet (and lots of vegetables too, of course). It's all about choosing the right fruit and the right moments to eat it. An apple for example, contains lots of good fibers and just about half as much sugars as a banana. And a pineapple is a very good choice immediately after muscle training. And so juicy!
