Why do you train?

Yea, why do you train? To build more confidence? To be healthy? To feel energy? To feel and see what magic the body creates? To compete? For your ego? To look fit? Because the doctor told you so? For someone else? To prove to the world you exist? To motivate?

One thing is for sure. NEVER EVER train so you can gain love or prove your beauty to someone else or for the world. The outer beauty is not who defines us. Its not what makes us love and create moments. Its the person inside of us what defines beauty. And we live to want to create moments, to feel love and happiness.

So why do I train? Very simple. To look fit. To feel energy and because I feel healthier. And being healthy brings happiness. And happiness creates memories. Its all just a great cycle….
