•Scoop of Ultimate Nutrition Vanilla Protein Powder
• 1/4 cup of oats
•1 small banana
• 1/2 cup of water
• 1/2 cup of non fat milk
• 1 tblspn of RAW Cocoa Powder
• 1 teaspoon of cinnamon – Cinnamon helps maintain healthy blood sugar and helps your fat metabolism
•1 cup of STRONG coffee- freeze overnight into ice cubes
* BLEND them all together until smooth! And try to not go crazy with the amazing, healthy taste!!!
