Sitter och väntar utanför skolsysterns mottagning, ska få några stygn uppklippta.
För att inte enbart sitta och inte göra något så tar jag en tidning där en frågespalt är igång.
Där samtalas det om hurvida onani/sex är negativt för träning.
Personen som skriver frågar detta men inget svar ges.. tror tanken var att folk skulle skicka in svar.

This procedure was conducted for each participant twice, both before and after a 3-week period of sexual abstinence. Plasma was subsequently analysed for concentrations of adrenaline, noradrenaline, cortisol, prolactin, luteinizing hormone and testosterone concentrations. Orgasm increased blood pressure, heart rate, plasma catecholamines and prolactin. These effects were observed both before and after sexual abstinence. In contrast, although plasma testosterone was unaltered by orgasm, higher testosterone concentrations were observed following the period of abstinence. These data demonstrate that acute abstinence does not change the neuroendocrine response to orgasm but does produce elevated levels of testosterone in males.”

BACKGROUND: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of sexual activity on cycle ergometer stress test parameters, on plasmatic testosterone levels and on concentration capacity in high-level male athletes. METHODS: Experimental design. Analysis of two days of testing accomplished in a laboratory setting, comparing a day with to a day without sexual activity (control day). Participants. Fifteen high-level male athletes, consisting of 8 team players, 5 endurance athletes and 2 weight-lifters, participated in the study. Measures. Each subject completed the following on each test day: two maximal graded stress tests on a cycle ergometer and a one-hour exercise stress test coupled to an arithmetic mental concentration test. Blood samples of testosterone were obtained and cardiac activity of each athlete was monitored with a 24-hour ECG tape recording over the two test days. Effects of sexual intercourse on maximal aerobic power, oxygen pulse, and double product in male sedentary subjects.
Boone T, Gilmore S.It is well known that athletes in the United States are told to abstain from sexual intercourse prior to athletic competition. The rationale for such a policy appears to be related to the hypothesis that sexual intercourse decreases the athletes’ ability to perform efficiently and/or maximally. But the effect that sexual intercourse may have on exercise performance has not been examined widely. Very likely, the restrictions placed on athletes have little to do with the athletes’ physiological ability to substain a particular exercise intensity and/or perform maximally. The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of sexual intercourse 12 hours prior to maximal treadmill exercise on aerobic power, oxygen pulse, and double product (i.e., an index of relative cardiac work). Eleven male subjects were tested on the treadmill with and without prior sexual intercourse. The results from the maximal exercise tests showed that aerobic power, oxygen pulse, and double product were not different. Therefore, the data suggest that it is justified to dismiss the point of view that sexual intercourse decreases maximal exercise performance.

All den uppdämda frustration man samlat inför böjen/marken/trappan till gymmet spills ju ut och man blir alldeles för lycklig för att prestera ”optimalt”

Allvarligt, tror inte passet försämras ett skit , men går man o tror de o funderar . Ja då kanske de e så.
29 januari, 2006 at 02:07 #955236Anonym anvandareMemberJag onnar/idkar samlag minst två gånge om dagen. är det därför jag ser ut som en räka då eller? alla damer här på forumet (som samtliga män sade tänkt attt begå otukt med om de bara hadu kunnat) kan inte ha så svårt för att få en peson att tillfredställa dom sexuellt. är dom i dålig form? är herrarna som antagligen skulle få alla damer på fall i dålig form? lever dom i avhållsamhet? om någon herre eller dam här har samlag ganska ofta och har en sexuellt attraktiv alternativt väl utväcklad muskulatur kan ni ta ett steg framåt? så jag kan fortsätta att öva på att föröka mig utan oro att min kropp aldrig kommer att utveckla några muskler..?
