NO EXCUSES!!!

Perhaps there are going to be days where you can't be physically present at the gym… However, that shouldn't stop you from doing some in home training. How about some butt kicks, cardio through your neighborhood or simple plyometrics at home?
Its not our abilities that define us BUT OUR CHOICES!!! Come on go out and train!
