Mind and muscle

My mind is always in touch with my body when I workout in the gym. I feel my muscles continuously, I always take an inventory before working out. That not only help me train, it's almost like meditating. I lock my mind into my muscle during training, as if I'd transplanted my mind into the tissue itself. By just thinking about it, I can actually send blood into a muscle. If there's any secret to successful gym training it's this: concentrate while you're training.
