A day of extra training…

Why not? Today is my actual rest day (I muscle train 5 days and have 1 cardio day – totaling 6 days of training) The 7th day I give a rest to my body.
However, I decided to train extra today. Why? Because I want to and I can =D
Preperations begin at home with some ab work! GOOD DAY my GYM FREAKS!

Cardio training + Nature = (…)

It equals pleasant peaceful sessions…

I decided to do my cardio outdoors today. I personally don't like cardio. However, have to give my heart some love.

When the cool breeze touches your warm, bubbly sweaty body, oh man does it feel soooo nice!

Listening to the birds chirp, the sound of the leaves waving from the wind, feeling sun rays beaming every inch of skin exposed, makes a cardio session well worth it.

I must take advantage of it. Sweden's Winter isn't fun at ALL! Looking forward for next weeks cardio session! 😉

Stretching: My best friend right now!

Stretching out my ENTIRE body this whole week, has been the highly most important thing on my mind everyday since Monday morning. I had a brutal "leg training" with the coaches. I'd never done such thing. It left my body aching and in so much pain. You may perhaps think I'm whining but you know what guys? It was my very first time experiencing this. I pulled through. I made it. I didn't quit! And that's what counts here. NO MATTER WHAT IT IS, if it'll bring you great results, DON'T QUIT! Be faithful and loyal to your body!

i all fall (like they say in Swedish) Stretching has felt GREAT all this week. I'm simply stretching so I can stretch… Haha! I personally think stretching before and after training is the BEST! The muscles are pressed down hard from the workouts. They no longer have their full anatomic length and it will take a long time before they stretched themselves out again. The blood is prevented from flowing through the muscles properly and the blood's oxygen and anabolic substances / hormones need to heal and build muscle. So remember, STRETCH!!!

Wednesday Back day…

Tried a couple of different back exercises today. I think its highly important to trick your muscles into different workout methods. You don't want to get them used to the same routine. The muscles will just stop growing. Changing the routine will surely bring out great results.

By the way, just wanted to point out that today August the 7th is exactly a year from when I picked up a dumbbell and started training muscles @ IRONSPORTS GYM in Västerås! That's were it went all down! My body was made @ IRONSPORTS! Made in Sweden baby! Can I say I just made a new holiday?! LOL! Its the anniversary of my body! 1 year of muscle training! And I couldn't feel any BETTER and more CONFIDENT than EVER! You too should give it a try !

What a day!

I need to say something social network worldwide. To the ones that follow my training journey. Today I experienced what I never, EVER had experienced in my life. I thought that what I always had done at the gym was training. Ha. Yea right.

We trained legs and glutes in ways I never realized I could. Never in my life did I ever feel like crying on a training set and literally QUIT my fitness life! And that was just a warm up, according to Fredrik. I literally yelled FML! But with a new meaning: FML was F MY LEGS!

Competition training is a total new world. Hands down and respect to all! And also to those don't compete yet train HARDCORE!
But after this day I must say the best part of my day (pinnacle of the day more like) was learning my bikini fitness poses from the one and only Alex Danielsson! Good times with the boss!

TALANGJAKTEN 2013? Let the games begin. HERE WE GO!!!!!!!!!
