It was time for the Caliper test and I was a bit nervous! But due to all the great training I have put my body through, my body did PROGRESS! I was very happy!
Its always great to meet up with the team! Had lots of fun guys! Can't wait til next time! Let's train HARD & MEAN! All POWER to us my loves!

My Training Regimen

Do you want to get in shape, but never seem to stick to the resolution? Here are some ideas to provide the little nudge you need.
Some tips to keep in mind!
Don't worry if you're not seeing quick results. It normally takes about 8 weeks for results to really kick in visually. Remember, you can't do it all in one sitting. Regular effort, with enthusiasm, is the key!
Your health is your most valuable asset. Politely refuse offers to drive you short distances with a car when you could walk instead.
If you're not used to exercising, it will be hard for the first week or so, to keep yourself from using an elevator. Keep walking and, soon you'll find that you can easily climb those flights of stairs without getting out of breath. Plus, in train stations and the subway, walking has the added benefit –you avoid the crowds– as no-one takes the stairs!
Consider alternative forms of exercise. Biking, indoor climbing, Yoga, Thai-chi, martial arts, etc., will all challenge your muscles in different ways, and provide some fun and variety.
Burn more calories playing than what you get from foods. Counting may help at first, but with regular exercises and 5-6 scheduled meals you will easily stay on track. Regular and moderate meals will keep the "fire" burning!
Every day, make note of all the benefits you can perceive: increased energy, pride and so forth. Make it as long as you can and keep looking for new items.
Don't have enough time for a good workout? Take a walk during your lunch break, do crunches and jumping jacks while watching TV, or pace while talking on the phone… In other words, take every opportunity to exercise.
Play up-beat music to keep the pace and motivate yourself.
Go early to bed, and have plenty of rest on days you exercise. Muscles grow and repair themselves during the -deep- sleep.
Try NOT to exercise in the evening. If you exercise before going to bed, your metabolism is increased, endorphins are released and it will make it much more difficult to fall asleep naturally. If the only time you can exercise is in the evening, try to do it as early as possible before going to bed to allow your body to rest.
You don't necessarily have to pay a trainer to work out with you every week. Gym membership can be helpful because a monetary commitment is likely to motivate you to stick with the regular program. If your gym has group fitness classes, they can help you mix things up a bit.
Believe in yourself.Never give up!

How about a stroll in memory lane?

So todays arm day ok. Great. But how about a little bit of my other half in life… My brother. The love of a brother. Mostly everyone has one… And mine, yeah we have our disagreements like EVERYONE ELSE, but we know how to handle each other because at the end of the day LOVE and COMMUNICATION is what holds us strong and firm.

So I must say that this trip I made to San Francisco California this summer in June with my younger brother, was an unforgetable trip! It was the type of trip that all you did was giggle a multiple of times of the day, smiled endlessly, cracked up 24/7, laughed some more, and laughed a whole lot more… so hard you cried!

For those that don't know, my brother and I are only 10 months apart (I'm the oldest!) We grew up together hand in hand. We explored the world as childrenin in many theatrical ways as we grew up. We made mud cakes, people out of brooms & mops, bowled with empty strawberry baskets and an old rubber ball, built cardboard box houses and played endlessly with my dads car tools! Oh and did I forget to mention we pulled our hair too! LOL! We needed no ipads or electronic gadgets to make our childhood one we'd never forget! Til this day, no matter how old we are (29, and him 28) we still play, and die laugh hard when we are together! He is my best friend, my brother, my sister, my mom, my pea in a pod, my PB & Jelly, my partner in crime and my advisor! All in one! How about that?!?!?!?!

It’s time!

Time for the day I crave for! Training! And it is time to train the chest! I love Cable Crossovers! I don't FOCUS on getting BIG. I do chest workouts to FOCUS more on TONING.

Its great because you get CONSTANT tension on the muscle. And since its an ISOLATION exercise I'm keeping my reps higher… I do 3 sets, 15 reps & sometimes up to 18 reps/light weight.

So, what are you waiting for! Llets go do chest!

NO EXCUSES!!!

Perhaps there are going to be days where you can't be physically present at the gym… However, that shouldn't stop you from doing some in home training. How about some butt kicks, cardio through your neighborhood or simple plyometrics at home?
Its not our abilities that define us BUT OUR CHOICES!!! Come on go out and train!
